Why are there different colored covers for Marvel Civil War?

I have seen the civil war books with black covers and white covers, and a ms. marvel one with yellow. why is this?

The Civil War series consists of the 9 main issues but also has issues from the perspective of individual groups and people. It is a vast collection of stories

What you are finding are probably different stories. That or Marvel printed several editions for collectors.
